Accessing Webmail

Type the following IP address and port number into the browser address bar and press "Enter"

Enter your full email address as username and your password and click "Login."

Select your timezone. The default setting of GMT+02:00 is correct for South Africa.

You will see the following desktop. Click on Inbox in the lefthand menu.

You will see the following screen, displaying all your email messages.

Setting up your Profile

Click on Settings in the bottom lefthand menu.

Click on "Account Settings."
This is where you can change your password. Ensure other fields under User are correct.

You can also change your webmail settings by clicking on the Webmail tab.

...and you can set up an automatic signature appendage to all your outgoing webmail messages.

Make sure you click "Save" before exiting to ensure your new settings are applied.

Setting up you Account Profile

Click on "Account Profile" in the left hand menu.

To Set Up Your E-mail Account in Microsoft Outlook

This tutorial focuses on setting up Microsoft Outlook 2010, but these settings
are similar in other versions of Microsoft Outlook.

In Microsoft Outlook, select File,
Select Add account.

Select Manually Configuration Server Setting or Additional Settings, and then click Next

Select Next on Choose Service window.

On the Internet E-mail Settings, enter your information as follows:

Your Name: Your first and last name.
E-mail Address: Your email address.
Incoming mail server: mail.sanavy.co.za
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.sanavy.co.za
User Name: Your email address, again
Password: Your email account password
Click More Settings...Tab

On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab.
Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
select OK

On Internet E-mail Settings window, select Next

On Test Account Setting window
After the following 2 Task are completed under Status, select Close
